Well-rounded and self-motivated, Jessica is a practical, professional, loyal team member with nearly 15 years of marketing experience and industry expertise.
As ClearEdge Vice President, Account Management, Jessica oversees the company’s team of project managers and support staff. Guiding and managing this talented and growing team of eight, she ensures that clients receive stellar customer service and that the award winning marketing programs ClearEdge is known for meet and exceed their needs. Well-rounded and self-motivated, Jessica is a practical, professional, loyal team member.
Before joining ClearEdge, Jessica spent seven years in senior marketing management and communication positions in the HR professional services arena. In these key roles, Jessica was responsible for a full spectrum of deliverables ranging from executive communications to comprehensive marketing programs to quality assurance initiatives that measured market penetration and brand recognition through surveys and focus groups.
Jessica has also served as the primary resource for a sales team that included more than 15 people, providing timely market information and company and product-related content for use in new sales and up-sell pursuits. In this role she executed an initiative to drive standardization and minimize redundancy of work across RFP responses and PowerPoint presentations by developing consistent messages.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Appalachian State University, where she graduated Cum Laude. A native Floridian, she has lived in the Fort Lauderdale area all her life except for her adventurous college years spent in the mountains of North Carolina. Jessica enjoys reading, hiking, traveling and—most importantly—spending time with family and friends.
